Tüm dünyada aynı anda düzenlenen Global Service Jam etkinliği İTÜ ev sahipliğinde gerçekleşti. Etkinlik ile profesyonel ve henüz eğitimlerine devam eden tasarımcılar hizmet tasarımı disiplinini tanıma fırsatı buldular, gruplar halinde hizmet tasarımı projeleri tasarladılar.
Bilende has participated in Service Design Conference, Berlin organized by Service Design Network at 13-14 of October 2010. Much of the conference was about academic presentations and business cases brought by client-design ofiice together. Workshops on service design methods draw attention from professional participants around the world.
Bilende has just been awarded with 3rd place at the NovaTech-EMEA competition. Novatech-EMEA is organized by Bulgarian Institute for Management and Technology. We have been invited to Intel(R) / UC Berkeley Technology Entrepreneurship Challenge at San Francisco where the finals will took place.
